The city administration of Dietikon offers four interested students in our Age and Health Center four apprenticeships starting August 2026
Health Specialist is a versatile training and is suitable for young people with a secondary school diploma A or B with good school performance. Important are: relationship and communication skills, empathy, resilience and perseverance as well as team and conflict skills.
The health specialist supports the physical, social and psychological well-being of our residents in their environment and shapes everyday life with them. He/she also provides administrative and organizational services. The health specialist creates and maintains a respectful professional relationship with the residents in their daily work and aligns their actions with their needs. He/she respects the residents as individuals with their specific value systems.
