Head of Product Management (m/f/d) - Creative Purchasing Fashion & Own Brands

Your tasks

• Strategic assortment design: Responsibility for assortment strategy, pricing, product architecture, and collection planning
• Brand leadership for our own brands: Development and implementation of a clear brand strategy for the own brands in coordination with the purchasing management
• Holistic product development: From idea to market launch
• Data and processes: Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of product data in the ERP system to ensure a smooth process chain.
• Leadership & team culture: Professional leadership and further development of the product management team
• Time-to-market excellence: Coordination of time-to-market processes and adherence to deadlines across all development phases
• Brand development: Regular evaluation of sales figures, margins, return rates, and derivation of measures to strengthen brand performance

Your profile

• You have successfully completed studies in business administration (trade/textiles) or a comparable qualification
• You bring professional experience in a comparable position and a feel for fashion, trends, and target groups
• You have good English skills and enjoy using them
• Ideally, you are already familiar with textile science and merchandise management systems
• You work confidently with MS Office and use numbers to make well-founded decisions
• You think analytically and have a good sense of connections
• You are eager to actively shape processes, contribute your own ideas, and take responsibility
• You bring assertiveness, negotiation skills, and initiative
• You are communicative, proactive, and enjoy working in a team
