For our location in Bern, we are looking for several Windows Engineers who are very familiar with Windows servers.
We are looking for several experienced Windows System Engineers to strengthen our team in Bern. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the operational stability of customer systems. Your task
You have expertise in one of the areas: Infrastructure & Storage, Backup / Restore, Automation in the Microsoft server environment that enables you to maintain highly available systems.
Among other things, the following tasks will fall within your area:
- You are responsible for designing, planning, and evaluating Microsoft operating system solutions within the framework of the "Sicherheitsnetzes Funk POLYCOM"
- You are responsible for implementing and integrating the selected solutions to meet the requirements of the security network
- You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Microsoft operating system solutions
- You are responsible for developing and optimizing automation solutions and processes
- You are responsible for conducting evaluations and homologation to procure suitable operating system solutions at various production stages
- You are responsible for ensuring the availability of IT services in test, integration, and production environments.
- You are responsible for the support, monitoring, and optimization of the assigned IT service as well as resolving events, incidents, and problem situations

Your profile
- Completed basic training, higher education (HF, FH, UNI, FH) is an advantage
- Valid certification in: AZ-800 or equivalent
- You are a Windows guru with real production experience
- Well versed in VMware and you have scripting skills (Powershell)
- Configuration and deployment management tools (Puppet, Ansible)
- Optionally: tools and processes for continuous integration (e.g., Gitlab)
- Willingness to perform on-call duty and work on-site at the customer
- Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
