Welcome to the Zweckverband, Social Network District Horgen (SNH). We provide social services in the area of social and professional integration.
In our Supported Living program, we support people who are in challenging life situations and wish for guidance or counseling in their daily lives. The residents lead their lives largely independently and take responsibility for their personal life design. Our professionals regularly provide advisory and supportive assistance – tailored to the individual support needs. The goals of our housing offer are to promote independence, stabilize the life situation, and foster social integration. The support can include practical help in everyday life (e.g., household management, finances, daily structure) as well as social and psychosocial support (e.g., relationship building, crisis management, future planning).
