True to this motto, the Residential and Office Center for Physically Disabled People (WBZ) promotes self-responsibility, independence, and social integration of people with primarily physical disabilities. We are committed to ensuring that people with disabilities can live independently and pursue meaningful, qualified work.

For our "Gastronomy" department, we are looking for a service employee (50% workload) starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

The gastronomy area is an essential part of the overall offer of our institution and contributes significantly to the well-being of our residents, employees, guests, and external service recipients. Our gastronomy "Piazza" with the self-service restaurant and the "Piazza" bar invite you to linger. Our premises offer space for up to 300 people and complete our gastronomy offer.

Your tasks:

• Independent work at the Piazza bar and in the restaurant

• Preparation and assistance at banquets

• Accompanying residents in the self-service restaurant

• Guest care, service, and cash handling

• Performing tasks arising in the restaurant and at the bar

Your profile:

• Passion for gastronomy: You love and live gastronomy, bring enthusiasm for the operation, and value patient, always friendly guest contact.

• Professional experience: You have experience in service and work calmly, focused, and service-oriented even in hectic times.

• Working style: Hygienic work, a clean and neat appearance, as well as teamwork, flexibility, and honesty characterize you.

• Language skills: Very good German skills are required for this position.
