Your tasks
- Sale of the Cool-FIT and Cooling/Heating product (including tools) in French-speaking Switzerland via merchants, end customers, installers, heating engineers, refrigeration engineers and cold technicians, engineering offices, general contractors
- Organize training and/or technical seminars on our products (in Renens, Schaffhausen, at the customer or on site). Advice and support to existing and new customers
- Organize and manage your activity independently in the region; plan visits and appointments in advance in a logical and rational manner; keep the customer database (CRM) up to date, complete monthly reports, etc.
- Organization of promotional activities and introduction of new products on the market with the help of PMs; Assistance in decision-making for marketing, evaluation and product development, providing impulses and ideas, etc.
- Follow-up and handling of quality complaints caused by our products until the end of the process, respectively, customer satisfaction
- Collect market and competitor information, observe and analyze the competitive market
Your profile
- Relevant training with specialization in HVAC
- Several years of professional experience in a sales position with similar products, solutions and customers; existing networks in French-speaking Switzerland, etc.
- Charismatic personality, endowed with persuasion skills and a passion for sales, strong closing ability and strong customer orientation
- Independent working method while being team-oriented and willing to help colleagues
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in spoken and written French, ideally also good knowledge of German and English
