Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

St. Gallen, 80%

This is what you will do:

• You are responsible for the management, control, and supervision of technical and operational contracts as well as the management of the FM provider and its partner companies
• You monitor and control safety-relevant areas, initiate and conduct warranty acceptances, and handle damage cases as well as official requirements
• You advise and support the property managers in budgeting for structural, technical, and operational maintenance and are responsible for preparing control and condition reports as well as deriving measures and budgeting
• You professionally prepare and execute construction and building technology projects, ensuring cost, quality, and schedule control as well as compliance with guidelines and processes
• You contribute to the further development of processes and documents, ensure customer satisfaction during project execution, and guarantee the flawless functioning of technical systems, buildings, and operations

This is why you succeed:

• You have a technical basic education such as HVAC planner or architectural draftsman with experience in construction management and ideally commercial further training
• In addition, you bring at least 3 years of professional experience in comparable positions, including experience with handling small to medium construction projects as well as knowledge in facility management and construction sector.
• You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge daily in working with various systems
• You are a team player, committed, and characterized by your assertiveness and negotiation skills
• Your flexibility and resilience make you an independent and responsible person who always acts service-oriented and has a pronounced organizational talent
• You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing
