Work area - Production department
Your tasks
- Accompanying our employees in the work area and individual support in personal competence development
- Process responsibility and networking with internal and external agencies
- Responsibility for one or more work groups and deputizing
Your profile
- Completed training in work education and a basic craft training, ideally as a carpenter EFZ or in a comparable profession with a focus on wood processing
- Experience in working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
