In the Global Fund Registration department, you primarily support the legal representation of foreign collective investment schemes.
Through targeted onboarding and on-the-job training, you will gradually develop and take on more responsibility in the following areas:
- Maintaining mandates of existing clients
- Maintaining internal control and filing systems
- Preparation of applications for supervisory authorities
- Support in compliance with publication obligations
- Cooperation with internal departments
- Deadline management
What you should bring
- Ongoing or completed university studies (university of applied sciences/university) in economics or law
- Interest in the financial and fund industry, initial knowledge is an advantage
- You are a reliable and responsible team player with a careful, precise working style
- Customer-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
- You have native-level German skills and good English skills
