Nursing Specialist HF Transition Care Unit and Palliative Care Night Shift

• You work with geriatric patients and residents in various health situations
• The Fürstenau C ward has three areas:
• In the ThurvitaCare bridge service, patients are prepared for their return home
  
• Dying people are cared for and accompanied individually and competently in our palliative care service
• Long-term residents find a livable home on the ward
  
• As a permanent night watch, you are responsible for a high-quality implementation, evaluation, and documentation of care at night

• Diploma recognized in Switzerland as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH and very good German skills
• A further education in Palliative Care is desirable
• Solid nursing knowledge and experience in accompanying dying people
• The varied tasks in the different areas suit your nature
