The customer is at the center for you.
You are the contact person for the customers of Groupe E. In a rapidly developing specialist area, you competently and confidently answer inquiries by phone from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 or efficiently handle back-office tasks. Using modern communication tools, you independently process simple customer-oriented processes. You take the concerns of customers very seriously, quickly recognize their needs, and inspire your customers through your professional advice and communication.
Your expertise excites us
· Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
· Precise and independent work as well as good written expression
· Native language is German, preferably with good knowledge of French in spoken and written form
· Very good knowledge of MS Office
