The SONNHALDE in Grüningen (ZH) is a care and support center with 300 beds. On 14 wards including care, support, and two protected areas, we accompany people with physical and psychological impairments in a home with individual, appreciative care.

As a health specialist, you are a valuable part of our team. With empathy and professional competence, you accompany our residents through their daily lives. Among other things, you take on:

• Holistic care and support with empathy and respect
• Implementing individual needs, wishes, and habits
• Collaboration in a committed, interprofessional team
• Ensuring professional care according to guidelines and standards
• Complete care documentation
• Participation in reports and team meetings

• Completed, Switzerland-recognized training as a Health Specialist (FaGe)
• Ideally experience with RAI/RUG and care level systems
• Empathy and joy in dealing with mentally ill people
• Team spirit, flexibility, and service-oriented thinking
• Good German skills and confident use of IT-supported documentation

• Varied tasks in an appreciative environment
