About the job
Team and Responsibilities
Build the Experience. Drive Engagement. Create Digital Value.
Our mobile apps and digital services are more than features – they are the direct access to performance, regeneration, and sleep for our community.
As Product Owner Mobile Apps & Academy , you take responsibility for the vision, value, and further development of our mobile app experience and digital course world. You connect product strategy with user experience, technology with content, and create digital services that deliver real added value.
You think in platforms, not features – and sustainably develop our app ecosystem.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You define and are responsible for the product vision as well as the value contribution of our mobile apps and digital services.
- You translate the company strategy into a consistent, user-centered, and value-creating app experience.
- You develop a long-term product strategy and derive a clear, prioritized roadmap from it.
- You are responsible for prioritization, backlog management, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- You work closely with engineering, design, and relevant stakeholders to optimally connect business goals, technical requirements, and user needs.
- You manage your product domain holistically – from discovery and conception through delivery to performance measurement and continuous optimization.
Your Profile
- You bring solid experience in product management of mobile apps – ideally in the health, coaching, or content-driven environment.
- You have experience working with cross-functional squads and developing native apps (e.g., Kotlin).
- You understand modern mobile architectures, API integrations, and scalable backend structures.
- You can define and prioritize roadmaps that connect app functionalities with a CMS-based content infrastructure – including structured metadata, tagging logics, and efficient publishing processes.
- Ideally, you bring experience with AI-based content matching or recommendation systems (e.g., personalization engines or hybrid rule-based/ML models).
- You understand how to clearly define user journeys, data requirements, and success metrics.
- You confidently balance technical feasibility, user value, and commercial impact.
- You have very good English skills, as you work in an international team and regularly communicate with global stakeholders and external partners.
- You work closely with engineering, content, data, and coaching stakeholders and deliver measurable results in engagement, retention, and revenue development.
- You are a digitally minded product personality with an ownership mindset and clear value orientation.

You do not need a classic cover letter.
More exciting for us is your impact. Please briefly answer the following question:
Describe a mobile product or digital service platform for which you have held product responsibility. How did you connect vision, roadmap, and technical implementation – and what measurable impact were you able to achieve?
