The Ristorante La Scala and the Vinobar Il Sottoscala are located in Rapperswil on the beautiful quay of Lake Zurich. The small town is idyllic and the quality of life is unique. Mountains and city are reachable in a short time.
Our à la carte restaurant has 75 indoor seats and 60 terrace seats. The Vinobar offers 20 indoor seats and 45 terrace seats directly on the lake promenade. This is the meeting point for local as well as national and international guests.
Our team stands for quality-oriented, Mediterranean cuisine and lived hospitality. Our goals are to pamper the guest and offer a unique experience.

Your tasks:
- Preparation of authentic Italian dishes
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support and cooperation within the kitchen team
Your profile:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the gastronomy sector
- Completed professional training
- Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Speed, cleanliness, and punctuality
- Creativity and teamwork skills
