Commercial Maturity Intern MPC (3+1) Summer 2026

Management task: Together with the local school management, you are responsible for the daily structure operation. You manage the daily structure operation in professional, personal, financial, and organizational terms.

Professional leadership: Together with your team, you ensure the care and support of the students in addition to the lessons according to pedagogical principles. You professionally implement the integration mandate of the elementary school.

Personnel management: You lead your team according to modern principles of personnel management and address conflict situations openly and solution-oriented in individual as well as group discussions.

Networking tasks (internal): You maintain active cooperation with all areas of the school operation and ensure smooth cooperation with the school management, teachers and specialists, the kitchen team, the janitorial staff, and the school secretariat.

Networking tasks (external): You maintain constructive cooperation with parents, invest in parent work, cooperation with authorities and other agencies. You continuously develop the daily structure offer and contribute to school development.

Experience: You have solid management experience and are confident in a multiprofessional environment. Work experience in the migration sector is advantageous.

Personality: You have assertiveness and consistently pursue strategic decisions.

Education: You have additional training as a practical instructor.

Language: Fluent German in spoken and written form is essential for this position. Other languages are an advantage.
