About the job
The Park Retirement Center is located in the heart of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is nestled in a beautiful park area. In our regionally rooted center, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcome. Together with our approximately 260 employees and over 40 trainees, we give our best every day to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home.
These are your tasks:
- Professional care and support of the residents as a contact person in their residential group
- Planning and organizing care and support in the department as well as delegating tasks to employees of other competence levels
- Taking over daily responsibility in the residential group
- Ensuring the quality of care
- Accompanying nursing students HF and apprentices EFZ
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a nursing specialist HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Interest in a diverse and interesting activity in a residential group with demanding and complex care situations
- Commitment and joy in recognizing and tackling development opportunities
- Proficiency in German spoken and written as well as understanding Swiss German
- First experience with RAI NH and/or easyDOK is an advantage
