The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. Would you like to take on a versatile leadership role in a newly renovated house with innovative working methods?
We offer you a position at our location tilia Ittigen starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
- You take responsibility for the care and support of 12 residents in the protected residential area and 15 residents in the open residential area. You ensure close cross-departmental collaboration.
- You lead a team of about 23 employees both in personnel and professional matters.
- Together with your superiors, you create the framework conditions to ensure the best possible care quality, safety, and well-being of the residents.
- You perform administrative tasks and actively participate in care, thus maintaining daily contact with residents and relatives.
- Joy in the nursing profession in long-term care and in the development of the specialty
- Diploma in nursing HF/FH (or equivalent SRK-recognized diploma)
- Leadership experience and completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
- Experience and enjoyment in working with people with dementia
- Resident-oriented, responsible, and assertive personality with a high quality mindset and awareness of economic contexts
- You work solution-oriented and remain capable of acting even in demanding situations
