Your missions
- Manage the overall functioning of the structure in compliance with the legal, budgetary, and pedagogical requirements set by the committee and the municipality.
- Carry a lively educational project, focused on the joy of learning, creating, discovering, and growing together.
- Supervise, motivate, and support the teams with kindness and leadership.
- Cultivate a relationship of trust and collaboration with families.
- Ensure the implementation of safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
You are:
- Holder of a recognized diploma in the field of childhood, complemented by a CAS or a DAS (or equivalent recognized by the cantonal youth service).
- Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Recognized for your interpersonal skills, sense of responsibility, and commitment.
