Additional Cost Specialist (m/f/d)
German-speaking Switzerland, 50 - 100%
This is what you will do:
- You independently prepare the additional cost statements for the assigned properties (mixed portfolio with commercial and residential properties including MEG/STEG statements, VEWA, easement contracts, etc.)
- You develop and update cost flow diagrams including the creation and modification of the distribution key in collaboration with the property manager
- You support commercial management (debt collection – pooling) and handle complex tasks within additional cost accounting
- You take over master data management of the properties, record meter readings and check them, as well as request missing invoices
- You work closely with various departments of Wincasa and external technical administrators
- You post accruals, record rebookings, check and validate statements, perform advance and flat-rate controls, while ensuring quality assurance in postings, statements, and compliance with legal requirements

- You have a commercial basic education
- You bring several years of professional experience in the real estate industry; experience in property management and/or accounting is a great advantage
- You have a strong affinity for additional cost accounting
- You have a pronounced flair for numbers
- You speak fluent German; knowledge of French is an advantage
- Additionally, you bring a high IT affinity and networked thinking
- Your personality is solution-oriented and resilient, you think and act analytically and have a very precise working style
