The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our offerings include inpatient long-term living areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. - You professionally and compassionately care for and support our residents in everyday life through your expertise
- You take on daily responsibility after training
- In daily care, you align your actions with the individual needs of our residents
- You enthusiastically train apprentices and take on main responsibility
- You have a qualification as a Health Specialist
- Experience in long-term care is desirable
- You enjoy supporting FaGe apprentices as a vocational trainer
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing
- You are team-oriented, resilient, and place great value on quality
