What you can achieve:
- Implementation of exciting projects in the M365 environment, especially the further development of our SharePoint (CoffeeNet 365) and Microsoft Teams, e.g. introduction of sensitivity labels
- Support of specialized applications LOBOS4, RAI, MediData, HIN as well as EPD
- Coordination of the external IT service provider as well as projects in the IT infrastructure area
- Support of users, conducting training sessions
- Reactivation of the key user community
- Implementation of data protection requirements in cooperation with the external IT service provider and the data protection advisor
- Maintenance of the QM document control system in SharePoint
- Active shaping of the future IT landscape in close cooperation with external partners and internal department heads, evaluation of the use of AI
What you bring with you:
- Education or training/studies in business informatics or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an application manager
- Solid knowledge of the M365 environment with a focus on collaboration tools
- Good understanding of modern IT infrastructures and high technical affinity
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- Service-oriented and communicative personality
- Very good German language skills
