Your Tasks
- You coordinate appointments, obtain cost approvals, and ensure that everything runs smoothly administratively
- You actively support our occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech therapy team, whether organizing materials or recording important meeting points
- You train new employees on the IT system and demonstrate our applications in a practical, understandable, and patient manner
- You accompany our interns during their 6-month assignment and are a valuable contact person for them on their way to becoming an occupational therapist
Your Profile
- You have completed vocational training and bring experience in administrative tasks as well as in the above-mentioned duties
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office) are necessary, and experience with clinical information systems (e.g., KISIM) is an advantage
- Even in hectic situations, you remain a team player, keep an overview, and always organize and plan in a customer- and result-oriented manner
- You work independently, efficiently, and committed, showing high resilience
- Flexibility and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration characterize you
- You enjoy contact with patients, therapists, and other professionals at KSA.
