- you are responsible for the administrative handling of all HR processes in the assigned areas from entry to exit and work in close cooperation with the responsible HR Business Partners
- you create employment contracts, agreements, contract adjustments as well as work and interim certificates
- you maintain, process and record all master data in our HR system and ensure clean data management
- you are the contact person for employees and supervisors for all administrative HR topics
- you take over the temporary replacement for a colleague in military service for 5 months and thus ensure a smooth process
You will succeed here if
- you have already gained experience in a similar role as an HR Specialist, HR Clerk or HR Manager
- you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have further training as an HR clerk
- you are digitally savvy and proficient in the use of MS Office programs. Additional experience with SAP Success Factors would be the famous icing on the cake
- you work independently, precisely and reliably and you are characterized by your open, service-oriented personality
