Foreman/Team Leader Demolition (M/F/D 100%)
What awaits you:
Plan, manage and coordinate construction sites in collaboration with site managers
Organize and lead the site teams
Plan the supply of materials, water, and electricity to the site
Identify general and specific site risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules
Write work reports
Be reactive to solve problems and adapt to unforeseen site conditions
What you bring:
You hold the federal foreman certificate or team leader diploma or equivalent with proven experience
You have the ability to lead a team and demonstrate excellent team spirit
You are capable of analyzing complex situations and proposing effective solutions
You work logically and methodically
You have a sense of organization and priority management
