About the job
Your Tasks
In the daily business, you ensure clear processes, presence in service, and high guest satisfaction, taking on the following tasks among others:
- Ensuring professional guest care as well as smooth service flow throughout the entire shift in the lobby, bar, and restaurant
- Active support of the Restaurant Manager as well as taking on the host role and shift responsibility in their absence
- Coordination of cooperation between service and kitchen including monitoring service quality, mise en place, and cleaning standards
- Scheduling of employees as well as active personnel management and support of the team during the shift
- Proper handling of guest complaints as well as responsibility for daily closing, operator accounts, and cash register
- Participation in ordering, maintenance of the guest file and standing orders, as well as involvement in the further development of offers and standards
Your Profile
For this position, you bring leadership skills, overview, and a high service standard and also have the following qualifications:
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist or comparable training
- Professional experience in a similar role, experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage
- Confident handling of cash register systems and hotel software as well as good MS Office skills
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style with the ability to set clear priorities even under pressure
- Convincing appearance, strong service mindset, high personal responsibility, and enjoyment of working with different departments
- Fluent German and very good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
