We are looking for a medical secretary (80–100%) for our imaging center, CIF in Villars-sur-Glâne
As the first face and first voice of the center, you play a key role in welcoming and supporting patients. Thanks to your sense of service and organization, you help provide smooth, efficient, and reassuring care.
Welcome patients and guide them with professionalism and empathy
Manage calls for the center and the group Call Center, and organize appointments
Create and update patient files in the Xplore computer system
Verify administrative information and insurance coverage (LAMal, LAA, AI)
Ensure billing and payments via EOpale according to TARDOC tariff bases
Ensure the secure transmission of medical reports to prescribers
Participate in the life of the center, welcoming new colleagues and continuously improving processes
You are an organized, positive person comfortable in contact with patients.
Training as a medical secretary or equivalent (CFC commercial employee accepted)
Experience in medical secretarial work appreciated, ideally in radiology
Good command of computer tools and knowledge of the Swiss health system (LAMal, LAA, AI)
Sense of service, listening, organization, and team spirit
Discretion and respect for confidentiality
