The core business of Privera is property management. From property viewings to tenant selection, the tasks of the assistant position are very diverse. Support our management team in Basel in managing an exciting property portfolio.

• Processing incoming terminations
• Preparation of rental agreements and amendments
• Organization and execution of property viewings
• Release of security deposits
• Issuing and monitoring of contractor orders
• Preparation of final statements
• Processing of insurance cases
• Assisting in maintaining our databases and master data

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in property management is an advantage
• Fluent in German, foreign language skills are a plus
• You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes your notice
