- Assist the sectional leadership and coaching teams with administration.
- Manage statistics, create reports, presentations, and templates.
- Oversee all administration processes and be a Poweruser for the case management system.
Skills
- Completed commercial training with several years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent digital skills, particularly in MS Office, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong organizational abilities, reliable, and service-oriented.

About the job
- Administrative support and relief for the section management and coaching teams
- Maintaining various statistics and creating various reports, presentations, templates
- Ensuring and updating all administration processes as well as being a power user for the case management system
- Administrative processing of the files of our program participants
- Responsible for reception, telephone switchboard, and the general mailbox
- Training of EBA apprentices (trainer)
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in the commercial field or in a comparable position
- Very good digital skills and MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Teams)
