To strengthen our team, we are looking for a qualified, dedicated person for our branch in Liestal.
This is what you can achieve
- You are passionate about the construction industry and see yourself as the first point of contact and link between our project managers (PM) and our administration.
- In our ERP system ABACUS, you support our PM in project initiation, invoicing, and controlling.
- You independently prepare offer, submission, and work contract documents as well as individually tailored project templates in close coordination with the PM.
- As part of the administration team, you handle general administrative and reception tasks.
Your competencies are
- You have completed a commercial or comparable basic education.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position and in the field of accounting are advantageous.
- You are proficient in using the MS Office suite and have user experience with an ERP system (preferably ABACUS).
- Your networked thinking supports you in finding solutions to complex issues related to our ERP system, invoicing, and project controlling.
- As a team player, you enjoy precise, solution-oriented, and structured work, take initiative and responsibility in our dynamic work environment, and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Your impeccable German language and spelling skills are a prerequisite for this position (French and/or English desirable).
- During holiday cover, you can also work 100%.
