In view of the upcoming opening of its Ambulatory Center, the Fribourg hospital is looking for a
Operational Director
80-100 %
Your mission:
• Ensure the implementation, opening, and development of the Ambulatory Center
• Ensure the operational management of the Ambulatory Center
• Participate in the development of new standards and process optimization
• Ensure key processes taking into account quality requirements
• Result-oriented interdisciplinary collaboration with all stakeholders
• Participate in main operational activities
• Promote and support a culture of change towards agile, efficient, and patient-centered operation
Your profile:
• Higher education in management, health, engineering, business, or equivalent
• Solid experience (+ 5 years) in a strategic leadership or coordination role: private clinic, health industry, pharmacy, consulting, or hospitality
• Experience in leading transformation projects, restructuring, or implementing new organizational models in health care
• Ability to structure, clarify, organize, and save others time
• Analytical mindset, decision-making autonomy, and sharp sense of priorities
• Human and demanding leadership style: you are calm, committed, exemplary, and enjoy advancing your teams
• Ability to evolve an organization from within, embody a vision, create momentum, and carry a collective project with ambition, finesse, and consistency
