- General secretarial work in the field of civil engineering
- Support of the employees of the civil engineering departments in administrative matters
- Care and initial consultation of customers by telephone and in person
- Administrative support for municipal construction projects
YOUR PROFILE FITS PERFECTLY IF YOU:
- have completed commercial training and have professional experience in a public administration in the field of structural/civil engineering.
- have good, routine PC user skills.
- have very good German skills in oral and written expression.
- have an independent, organized, precise, reliable way of working.
- have a high customer and service orientation as well as the ability to keep an overview in hectic situations.
