What you will do here
- Support the Rector and General Secretariat in a variety of topics
- Handle general correspondence for the General Secretariat and the Rector
- Plan and organize meetings and events
- Provide administrative support to those responsible for Public Affairs
- Manage research assignments and address management
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Team-oriented, flexible, and reliable personality
- Independent and careful working style as well as excellent organizational skills
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German
