Deputy Technical Manager (m/f/d)

In the versatile and responsible role as Deputy Technical Manager, the following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:

• You support our Technical Manager in the daily routine and take responsibility when he is not on site
• Whether heating, ventilation, sanitary or electrical: you keep all systems running and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• From dripping faucets to flickering lights: you recognize problems immediately and solve them reliably
• You always keep an eye on maintenance plans, test protocols and checklists and document them carefully
• You accompany external service providers and craftsmen and ensure that their services meet our standards

• Completed vocational training in a craft (e.g. electrical engineering, HVAC or comparable) as well as several years of professional experience in this field
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility and joy in finding solutions
• IT skills and a good understanding of digital systems
• You enjoy working with others and can also act independently
• Reliability, team spirit and a confident, positive appearance
• Very good knowledge of German; additional languages are a plus
