Here is what you will do
- Responsible for acquisition, calculation, and quotation of production orders in the department
- Preparation of investment and operating budgets
- Implementation of concepts, project management, and taking on special tasks in the technical field
- Individual development of the area as well as support of the team
- Customer consulting, project development, and support
- Cost, quality, and schedule control including billing
These are your skills and strengths
- Basic training as a carpenter EFZ
- Further training as a carpenter project manager, wood technician (carpentry), master carpenter or similar career path
- Affinity for the entire digital planning and production technology
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Entrepreneurial, networked, and analytical thinking and acting
- Joy and ability to motivate and lead a team
