What to expect

• Ensuring care-oriented bed allocation

• Responsibility for customer acquisition in the care & support sector

• Responsibility for first contact, registration, selection, and support on the admission day of new residents

• First point of contact for questions about admission to the home and related financial matters

• Handling administrative tasks

• Creating and maintaining a regional network (Pro Senectute, Pro Infirmis, Vebo, Arkadis etc.)

Your qualifications

• Health professional EFZ with many years of professional experience or experienced qualified nurse HF

• Further training in case management is an advantage or willingness to complete it

• Knowledge of care financing (Canton SO) in inpatient/outpatient care is an advantage

• Highly independent, service-oriented and discreet

• Empathetic, well organised and resilient

• Very good MS Office skills

• Driving licence category B
