To strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent and experienced person as Chief Accountant 100% (m/f) immediately or by agreement for our Service Center Schlieren .
Your Tasks
- Management of the main accounting for various branches in Switzerland
- Booking and filing of all daily accounting documents
- Preparation of all monthly booking documents including accruals
- Execution of the monthly and annual financial statements of the assigned companies in compliance with the corporate guidelines according to the schedule
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts at the end of each month
- Processing of internal and external invoices and credits including checking the postings
- Monthly control of the BAB and the gross profit analysis
- Preparation and control of the VAT statement
- Preparation of the balance sheet file for the auditing firm and point of contact during the audit
- Participation in various projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and a diploma in finance and accounting or comparable training
- Very good office application skills (especially Excel), AS400 knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent German in spoken and written; knowledge of foreign languages F/I is an advantage
- Accurate and independent working style, team player, resilient, and flexible
