Activities
- Professional guidance and support of participants in the metal workshop
- Ensuring smooth workshop operations (order processing, occupational safety, materials, machine maintenance, team coordination)
- Implementation and further development of the support concept taking into account the individual abilities of the participants
- Preparation of reports, progress protocols, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed training as a metalworker EFZ or plant and apparatus builder EFZ, ideally with additional qualification in work pedagogy
- Solid welding knowledge and several years of professional experience
- Very good German language skills
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality with organizational skills and intercultural sensitivity
