Drupal is based on Symfony and is the foundation of our solutions, PHP is our language of choice: You move in the world of customer- and Helga-specific Drupal modules, API connections, and cleanly mapped business logic.

What do you expect from me?

• love writing code – in PHP and with several years of experience on a major framework (Symfony or Laravel); in return, your education does not matter to us
• are eager to deepen your knowledge in Drupal: you have to understand architecture, standards, and best practices to master complex projects
• are also willing to engage in the Drupal open-source community (meetups, conferences, open-source modules, …)
• are familiar with overarching technological topics such as caching, sustainable (relational) data storage, interfaces, testability
• use Claude Code, Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor – whatevs – efficiently; knowing they relieve you of manual work and challenge you, but do not replace clear thinking
• know how important performance and security are and are willing to deepen your knowledge in these areas
• have an agency background or want daily new challenges, constantly changing priorities, and sporty timelines
• work structured: plan, complete, and close tasks before starting the next one
• are excited to grow closely together with a team on site
• are annoyed by not understanding something, irritated by unclear statements, and impatient with lengthy meetings
