Your Tasks

• Service: You are scheduled for service with us. Taking into account meal prescriptions, you take over the food and beverage service as well as the billing of consumption
• Preparations: With the workflow, you can optimally prepare for your shift and accordingly take over mise-en-place tasks
• Collaboration: You maintain good cooperation with the interfaces
• Guest Care: You are available to patients and other stakeholders for questions
• Representation: You represent the group management and its deputy in the dining room during absences

Your Profile

• Training: Completed training in service or many years of experience in à-la-carte service
• Shift Work: You are willing to work shifts (early, midday, and evening shifts) including room service
• Personality: You are a host/hostess with joy in communication and service towards patients, external guests, and employees and enjoy working in a team
• Leadership Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of leadership experience in gastronomy
• Driver's License: You have a valid driver's license (work start possible from 6:00 a.m.)
• Language: German as a native language or at a very good level
