Are you passionate about setting up new semi-automated and manual production lines?
Very good communicator, you assert yourself through strong leadership, great autonomy, and have developed a very solid hands-on industrial technical culture. You possess interpersonal skills and enthusiasm, have excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills. Working in a cross-functional team with many stakeholders is a source of motivation for you.
Engineer or technician by training, you have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in industrialization and methods projects or maintenance on production lines in aeronautics, automotive, biomedical, defense, or manufacturing industry. Ideally, you have already worked in an environment subject to standards such as ISO 13485, ISO 9100, ISO 2000, ISO 22163, etc.
You are equally comfortable writing documents as you are using torque wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, multimeters, adhesives, etc.

Are you Swiss nationality, holding a valid work permit (B, C or G) or a citizen of the European Union?
Position open to all persons matching the profile. Permanent contract (permanent, CDI).
