The position is advertised for our specialty restaurant "Brasserie Anker". Mainly French cuisine is served there in combination with cheeky classics from the mountains.
We are looking for applicants with professional experience in the a-la-carte area, preferably also with experience as a solo cook/head chef.
Language skills in German or English are mandatory.
Staff rooms are available.
The start would be from Monday, 8.12.2025 for the winter season. The season runs until 06.04.2026. The position is also possible as a year-round job, with extension to the summer season.
