Billing Clerk 60%

Your Tasks

• Creation and control of the monthly billing (approx. 1,500 invoices)
• Answering queries and checking customer concerns
• Compliance with all defined processes and billing deadlines
• Handling special assignments
• Creating individual evaluations
• Optimizing billing processes
• Assisting and supporting the migration of billing

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Professional experience in billing/invoicing is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Affinity for numbers
• German spoken and written
• Good to very good French skills
• Italian skills are an advantage
• Networked thinking and high independence
• Efficient and precise working style
• Enjoy working in a small team
