Job Description
As an intern within the Human Resources Department, you join a dynamic and versatile team, serving employees and managers. You are involved in various tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the service and the continuous improvement of HR processes.
You participate in the construction and analysis of HR reports.
You consolidate and support tests carried out on time management and payroll tools.
You participate in updating internal procedures and contribute to the development of training materials.
You ensure the preparation and monitoring of the employee balance tracking file intended for HR managers. You ensure regular monitoring of balances.
Qualifications
Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, you are looking for a mandatory internship to validate your university curriculum.
You wish to complete a rewarding internship within a renowned institution to develop your administrative and interpersonal skills.
You have excellent organizational skills and methodical rigor. You are recognized for your writing ability and your capacity to produce high-quality documents.
Thanks to your interpersonal skills and sense of hospitality, you provide quality service adapted to needs while respecting confidentiality. Your motivation and dynamism drive you to fully engage in the tasks assigned to you, while embodying our core values such as trust, respect, team spirit, recognition, equality, and inclusion.
You have a strong interest in IT and possess good knowledge of office equipment and software (PC, printers and accessories, websites, applications, Office suite, etc.).
