To complete our team, we are looking for a Building and Infrastructure Manager (M/F) at 70-100%.

Your mission

Reporting to the Management, you are responsible for the proper functioning, performance, and development of the site's technical installations. You supervise their daily operation while managing improvement projects with a spirit of rigor, initiative, and cooperation.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise the technical operation of the site, including the building, technical installations (compressed air, vacuum, electricity, chilled water, etc.), and comfort equipment (air conditioning, lighting, elevators, etc.);
• Manage and supervise infrastructure-related projects including improvements, transformations, and renovations;
• Manage the maintenance budget and optimize costs while ensuring the quality/continuity of technical services;
• Ensure coordination with external service providers as well as collaboration with company departments for maintenance work;
• Plan critical interventions, such as restarts after shutdowns, while minimizing impact on production;
• Actively participate in safety and energy policies by proposing improvements and ensuring compliance with current standards;
• Monitor and renew maintenance contracts, provide regular reporting to Management;
• Manage concierge services and building maintenance as well as all company vehicles.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a technical field (building or mechanics), significant experience
• Versatility, autonomy, ability to intervene directly on installations
• Experience in managing building installations – electricity, ventilation, air conditioning…
• Strong IT skills, knowledge of German or English appreciated
• Knowledge of safety regulations, prevention protocols, sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, analytical ability, and solution orientation
