Equipment Operator Clinical Label Services

Function Summary:

The Equipment Operator Clinical Label Services is responsible for the professional setup, operation, and monitoring of our printing and folding machines for the production of booklet labels and adhesive labels for clinical studies.

Your Tasks:

• Professional setup, operation, and monitoring of various production systems and machines for the manufacture of booklet labels and adhesive labels in the CLS area.
• Setup and changeover of machines according to product requirements as well as ensuring efficient plant operation.
• Cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of machines and systems to ensure operational readiness of the equipment.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure consistent quality.
• Ensuring timely and quality-compliant production of products.
• GMP-compliant documentation of performed tasks and production data.
• Active participation in the PPI system to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Compliance with safety and occupational health regulations.
• Working in a 3-shift model.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training and at least two years of experience as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in operating and monitoring various types of production equipment is an advantage.
• Technical understanding and experience with modern machine systems and camera controls.
• Experience with computers as well as basic knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage).
• Self-responsibility, flexibility, reliability, independent working, quality awareness in handling machines and equipment.
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation and on multiple types of equipment.
• Initiative, communicative and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus.
