Your Contribution to Success

• Preparing coffee and tea specialties at our modern barista bar
• Supporting the execution of banquets and events
• Setting up and mise en place work for banquets and events
• Supporting à la carte service and buffet
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and quality standards
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Operating the cash register as well as creating and collecting service bills
• General tidying and cleaning tasks
• Providing excellent guest service
• Preparing mise en place for service
• Preparing the service station
• Ensuring smooth service operations according to the instructions of the chef de service
• Identifying and, if possible, fulfilling customer needs
• Adhering to hygiene regulations
• General cleaning tasks according to the HACCP concept
