Skills
- Must have completed training as a facility management specialist or equivalent.
- Strong customer orientation and team leadership skills required.
- Proficient in PC applications and ideally possess a driving license B.

Our team in the Building Department is committed to the city’s properties - mainly schools and kindergartens - throughout their entire lifecycle. To complement our team at the Hagen school complex, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as of December 1, 2025, or by arrangement
- Building cleaning (maintenance, intermediate, and deep cleaning)
- Maintenance of sports facilities, green and hard surfaces
- Proper waste disposal
- Collaboration in structural and technical maintenance and repair work
- Winter service
- Participation in the professional leadership of the cleaning teams
- Participation in the training and further education of employees and apprentices in the specialist area; personnel management of apprentices
- Deputy for the Head of Caretaking during their absence
- have completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, specializing in caretaking, or a comparable qualification
- ideally have further training as a caretaker BP and have completed the professional profiles
- preferably have initial professional experience and a flair for the requirements of school operations
- contribute to constructive exchange with your commitment, pronounced customer orientation, and reliable manner
- enjoy guiding cleaning staff and apprentices and distinguish yourself through an independent, efficient, and service-oriented working style
- have good PC user skills and ideally hold a category B driving license
