For our residential home, which offers 49 residents a place of community, security, and thus a home, we are looking for an
Certified Nursing Specialist HF 60% - 80%
Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Taking over daily responsibility and night duty
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists
- Co-responsibility for medication management
- Quality assurance and further development of nursing
We expect
- Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs
