The Ilgenmoos is one of three institutions of the foundation and offers housing options and a daily structure for 32 clients with comprehensive cognitive and multiple disabilities and with challenging behavior. In the areas of housing, daily structure, everyday design, care, and therapy, about 75 employees are committed to quality of life and participation in all phases of life.
As of September 1, 2025 or by agreement, we are looking for a
Team Leadership Housing (Workload: 80-100%, between Mon-Sun)
Your tasks
- Leading a housing group team
- Ensuring a resource-oriented support for clients in their daily lives
- Participation in the support and care routine
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and networking with other areas within the institution, with relatives, guardians, doctors, and external offices
- Maintaining client documentation
What you bring:
- Degree as a social educator HF/FH or specialist in care (FaBe) in the field of disability support or health specialist (FaGe) or nursing specialist HF/FH
- Leadership experience
- Observational skills and joy in valuing the support of people
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
- Willingness for irregular working hours
