We are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality who analyzes, optimizes our financial processes and acts as a competent contact person for technical questions in the finance area.
PerfectHair.ch is looking for a Finance Specialist 60% immediately or by arrangement
What you do:
- Cash planning / liquidity planning: Preparation and maintenance of forecasts and plans to ensure stable liquidity
- Monthly and annual financial statements: Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, including account audits, creation of provisions, and execution of necessary uploads
- Budget planning and controlling: Preparation of budget plans and forecasts, responsibility for controlling tasks including salon and asset controlling
- Ad-hoc analyses and reporting: Responsibility for the preparation of ad-hoc analyses as well as CEO and board reports
- Tax and authority matters: Participation in tax-related issues and cooperation with authorities
What you bring:
- Completed training in accounting (e.g., accounting clerk, specialist in finance and accounting)
- Several years of practical experience in finance or accounting, including solid knowledge in bookkeeping, controlling, and reporting
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee and financial data
- Independent, structured, responsible, and team-oriented working style
- Fluent German and English skills
